This lampshade is woven by artisan families from Michoacán who work with fibers such as tule and chuspata, aquatic plants obtained from the region's lakes. The tule is collected, sun-dried, and moistened before weaving to regain flexibility. Each piece is carefully hand-worked on a metal structure, creating texture, resistance, and a warm light effect.
