Shipping

• In-stock products: prepared and shipped the day after your purchase.
• Delivery times: 5 to 7 business days to any national destination. If you are in Monterrey and the metropolitan area, we can evaluate local courier services (Didi, Uber) or direct delivery for faster arrival.
• Made-to-order products: as these are special pieces, the time will be confirmed in your personalized quote. Generally, it can vary between 15 days and 1 month, depending on the type of product and quantity.

Easy Returns

We want you to love your pieces. We know that, being handmade, each one may have slight variations in size, color, or design. That's part of the beauty of handmade items.

If you receive your product damaged or defective, don't worry: you can request an exchange or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving it. Just contact us via WhatsApp at 811 029 3478 with your order number and some photos of the item.

Exceptions
