No. You can apply your trade benefit to anything from a single styling piece or samples to large-scale projects.

What is the economic benefit and to which items does it apply?

We offer a 15% trade discount applicable to our entire regular catalog. This benefit cannot be combined with closeouts, seasonal offers, or current public sales promotions.

Does the discount apply to all products?

Yes, it applies to all products, except when there is a promotion, clearance, or special offer. The discount cannot be combined with other offers.

How are purchases managed and what are the payment methods?

All professional orders are coordinated directly through our WhatsApp channel to streamline stock review and delivery schedules. Payments can be made securely via electronic bank transfer or deposit.

Is it possible to order custom-made parts or special designs?

Yes, we offer the option to adapt dimensions or fabric details on certain models, subject to the technical feasibility of the natural fiber and the availability of the artisan workshop. As this is a special custom-made order, a deposit is required to begin its production.

Yes, an advance payment is required for custom or made-to-order pieces.

Can handmade products show visual or tonal variations?

Yes. When choosing 100% handcrafted and organic items, it is completely natural to find subtle variations in the natural fiber's tone, weave tension, or final dimensions. These characteristics do not represent imperfections, but rather are a testament to and an intrinsic value of their handmade nature.
