History & Artisans

This lampshade is woven by artisan families from Michoacán who work with fibers such as tule (bulrush) and chuspata, aquatic plants obtained from the region's lakes. The tule is collected, sun-dried, and moistened before weaving to regain flexibility.

Do not expose to prolonged direct sunlight, rain, or constant humidity.
Preferably use indoors or in well-ventilated covered spaces.

Circular life cycle

Tule (bulrush) is a natural plant fiber that can be composted at the end of its useful life when feasible. The metal structure can be recycled or reused. By choosing pieces made with natural fibers and artisanal processes, you support more conscious, durable, and responsible consumption.

Do you ship throughout Mexico?

Yes, we ship nationwide. Delivery cost and time depend on the destination, package size, weight of the items, and available shipping carrier.
